Review the plat map of your land, meet the surveyor at your lot, than finalize the blueprint with the architect if needed Custom Construction Builders, Inc. will prepare all documents required to submit for lot approval and for the building permit.

Pre-construction

Custom Construction Builders, Inc. will obtain subcontractor and vendor bids based on your approved spec sheet and confirm overall budget with you for your project. Once the construction loan has been approved and the permit issued, we are ready to start building your custom home.

Specification development

We will supply you with every component of your project on a spec sheet and also supply you with your own personal itemized allowance sheet - plumbing faucets and fixtures, cabinets, appliances, finish carpentry, flooring and more.
